These terms apply to anything you buy or download from litpads.com. LitPads is run by LitPads LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. By purchasing or downloading a LitPads guide, you agree to these terms.

Your License

Each PDF guide comes with a Single Family License unless the product page says otherwise. You may print and use it for the children in your own household as often as you need. Please don't share, resell or post the file. Classroom and co-op licenses are sold separately, see our Licensing page.

Printed Workbooks

Printed workbooks are made to order and mailed by our print partner to addresses in the United States. Our Shipping Policy explains the cost and timing.

Refunds and Returns

Our Refund & Return Policy explains exactly how refunds work for PDFs and printed workbooks. If this page and that one ever seem to disagree, the Refund & Return Policy is the one that applies.

What's Included

Our companion guides for novels and plays don't include the book itself, so you'll need your own copy. Sam & Pip and The Caterpillar Week are complete books, with the story printed inside.

Intellectual Property

All guides, answer keys, free resources and site content are the original work of LitPads LLC and are protected by copyright. Please don't remove our branding, claim the work as your own or redistribute it. LitPads guides are independent companions and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the authors or publishers of the books they accompany.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
