Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your LitPads guide. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for our digital downloads and printed workbooks. If anything isn't right, email us at hello@litpads.com and we'll make it right.

Digital PDF Guides

Because PDF guides are delivered instantly and are immediately accessible, all digital sales are final. That said, if a file is corrupted, you were charged twice by accident, or you purchased the wrong guide by mistake, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund. Please include your order number and the email you checked out with.

Printed Workbooks

Unused, undamaged printed workbooks may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (shipping is non-refundable). Return shipping is your responsibility. To start a return, email hello@litpads.com with your order number before sending anything back — we'll reply with the return address and next steps.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your printed workbook arrives damaged or defective, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost to you. A quick photo of the damage helps us sort it out fast.
